These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Timely iOS app (the "App"), provided by Timely ("we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Timely helps you track renewals, reminders, medications, documents, subscriptions, and other time-based items you choose to add. Some features (currently: Meal Planner, Voucher Wallet, and People) require a Timely Premium subscription.
You may use the App as a guest, or create an account via Sign in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings within the App.
Timely Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Apple App Store account. Pricing, free trial terms, and billing cycles are shown in the App and in App Store Connect before you subscribe.
From time to time, we may offer promotional codes that grant complimentary access to Premium features. These are provided at our discretion, are not transferable, and may be modified or revoked at any time.
Everything you enter into Timely — reminders, notes, tracked people, recipes, and vouchers — is stored locally on your device. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for backing it up if you wish (for example, via your device's own backup settings). We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device loss, damage, or app deletion.
Timely sends local notifications to help you keep track of upcoming items. Timely is a personal organization tool, not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. You remain solely responsible for renewing, cancelling, or acting on any item the App reminds you about — we are not liable for missed deadlines, expirations, or renewals.
Some parts of the App link to third-party retailers to help you reorder or purchase related products. Timely may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through these links. These links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement of the retailer or product.
You agree not to misuse the App — including attempting to reverse engineer it, interfere with its normal operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that reminders will always be delivered exactly on time (this can depend on factors outside our control, such as your device's notification and background app settings).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timely and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
