Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Timely ("Timely," "we," "us") handles information when you use the Timely iOS app (the "App"). Timely is built around a simple principle: the details of what you're tracking — your reminders, medications, documents, family members, and vouchers — stay on your device. We do not operate a server that stores this data.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address (or Apple's private relay email if you choose to hide it) from that provider, via Firebase Authentication, solely to identify your account. You can also use Timely as a guest without creating an account.

Content you enter in the App. Reminders, item names, notes, provider contact details, people you track items for, recipes, meal plans, and voucher balances are stored locally on your device using on-device storage. This content is not uploaded to or stored on our servers.

Device permissions you grant. Depending on which features you use, the App may request access to:

You control each of these permissions in iOS Settings at any time, and the App remains usable (with reduced functionality) if you decline any of them.

Purchase information. If you subscribe to Timely Premium, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details — we only receive confirmation from Apple's StoreKit framework of whether you have an active subscription.

2. How We Use Information

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not run analytics or ad tracking in the App.

3. Third-Party Services

Timely uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share the content you track in Timely (your reminders, notes, or tracked people) with any third party, because that content never leaves your device in the first place.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your tracked content lives on your device for as long as you keep the App installed, or until you delete it yourself within the App. Your account (name, email, and sign-in identity) is retained by our authentication provider until you delete it.

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the App. This immediately and irreversibly deletes your account and wipes your tracked content from your device.

6. Children's Privacy

Timely is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Because your tracked content stays on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly within the App. For anything related to your account, contact us using the details below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
